Shipping Information
- Shipping Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using their Standard Second Class service.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
- Order Tracking: Please note that our Standard Second Class shipping option does not include tracking. If you require tracking, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative shipping options.
Returns Policy
- Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, such as those marked as final sale or personalised/custom orders, are not eligible for return.
